Gail was the kindest, most caring, encouraging person I have ever known. She had a bright smile for everyone she met, and I never heard her ever say an unkind word about anybody. She loved knitting just as her Mom had.
Gail reached out to me when my husband, Larry, was stationed in Alaska, as my “secret sister”. Her encouraging words, and little gifts helped me to adjust to living so far away. Much later, after watching me spend so much time with “Miss Ann” during her last years, we agreed to “share her” and we started calling each other “Sis”. I love and miss you more than words can say. I am going to try harder to be like my “Sis”, and hopefully someday we will be together again.
