Obituary of Jack Whittemore

Jack Whittemore, age 73, of Lafayette, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021, at his residence. Funeral arrangements for Jack Whittemore are scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at 1 PM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Cushionberry and Reverend Harold King officiating . Interment will follow in the Cold Springs Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Friday, June 25, 2021 from 2 PM until 9 PM, Saturday, from 9 AM until 9 PM, and on Sunday, from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM. Family respectfully requests donations be made towards Cold Springs Cemetery. Jack Whittemore was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Elizabeth Whittemore; parents, Lee Whittemore and Delvinia Tuttle; grandson, Chad Lee Hauskins; and sister,Katherine Lee Whittemore. He is survived by; Children, Lisa Hauskins and husband, Danny Tony Whittemore and wife, Catina Marqueta Cruz and husband, Juan Siblings, Roger Whittemore and wife, Christy Vexey Bandy and husband Freddy Judy Carter Grandchildren, Jackie Hauskins, Judy Hauskins, Crystal Hauskins, Anthony Whittemore, Jonathan Whittemore, Landon Whittemore, Lacey Meador, Candice White, Selena Cruz, and Cecilia Cruz Companion, Thelma Likens Special Care Giver, JoRita Rodriguez Twenty Great-Grandchildren and Four Great-Great-Grandchildren also survive.
