Obituary of Billy Eugene Driver

Billy Eugene Driver, age 85 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. Masonic Service will be Monday, June 28th at 6:00 p.m. at Family Heritage Funeral Home. Graveside Service, with Military Honors, will be Wednesday, June 30th at 10:00 a.m. at Sumner Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 223 Rosa L. Parks, Ave Suite #301, Nashville, TN 37203. Mr. Driver was born July 4, 1935 in Nashville to the late Curtis Smith Driver and Edith Tuck Driver. He is survived by daughter, Belinda Lynn Driver of Florida; sister, Janice Driver-Laws (Richard) of Gallatin; brother, Curtis Dean Driver (Faye) of Gallatin; 3 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Driver retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service. He served in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star.
