Chic was my neighbor for 25 years. I will miss his booming laugh and his easy going way of living life. He was one of a kind. I still listen for his racing car and laugh…I still look for him on his John Deere. He will be forever missed and I am thankful and honored to call him my friend. Rest in peace Chic.
