Obituary of Stanley Ray Haskins

Mr. Stanley Ray Haskins, age 67, of Lafayette, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, at his Residence. Funeral Services for Stanley Haskins are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, August 30, 2021, at 2 PM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Kevin Hinton and Joseph Brawner officiating. Interment will follow in the New Zion General Baptist Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin on Sunday, August 29, from 2 PM until 9 PM and on, Monday, August 30, from 8 AM until service time at 2 PM. The family respectfully requests that donations be made towards the funeral expenses. Stanley Ray Haskins was preceded in death by his parents, Genie Erin Haskins and Louise Cliburn Haskins; step-son, Jody Gentry; brothers, Jerry Haskins, Gordon Haskins, Larry Haskins, and Robbie Haskins. He is survived by; Wife, Anita Roberts Haskins Daughters, Windy Hinton and husband, Kevin Misty Rather and husband, Geoff Son, Stanley Ray Haskins, Jr. Step-son, Justin Gentry Step-daughter, Alana Gentry and husband, Jessie York Brothers, Leon Haskins Kenneth Haskins and wife, Sylvia Gary Haskins and wife, Sharon Scott Hauskins Richard Haskins and wife, Elaine Sisters, Prescilla Smith and husband, Harold Lachelle Wix Grandchildren, Heaven Haskins Meagan Haskins Abigail Rather Jayden Rae Haskins Kaitlyn Rather Ava Gentry Kylee Gentry Jackson Gentry Many, many nieces and nephews also survive.
