Ms. Vickie Loretta Ballou Nichols, age 93, of The Ebenezer Community, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021, at Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette. Private Funeral services for Vickie Loretta Nichols are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 11 AM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder J. B. Shoulders officiating. Interment will follow in The Macon County Memorial Gardens. If there is anyone who wants to be part of Ms. Vickie Loretta’s interment service, the family requests that you join in the funeral procession to the cemetery leaving Alexander Funeral Home on Thursday at 11:30 AM. Ms. Vickie Loretta Nichols was preceded in death by her Husband, T.V. Nichols; Mother, Purvis Parker Ballou; Father and Step-Mother, Bob and Maude Ballou; Brothers, J.D. Ballou and I.T. Ballou; and Sisters, Maude Lillian Evetts and Quincy Gregory. She is survived by; Son, Kirt Nichols and wife, Sabrina Granddaughter, Michelle Nichols Sisters, Janie Ballou Gann and husband, Ira Peggy Ballou Kemp and husband, Jimmy Several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends also survive.
