Austin Brent Forrest, age 20, of Lafayette, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral Services for Austin Forrest are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at 3 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Tylor Whittemore officiating. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 9 AM until service time at 3 PM. Family respectfully request donations be made towards the Funeral Expense. Austin Forrest was preceded in death by; Father, William Brent Forrest; Grandparents, Gordon and Edna Henson Jent, and Allan Brent Forrest; Uncles, Jerry Forrest, Brian Forrest and Jimmy Wester. He is survived by; Mother, Penny Lynn Jent Brother, Rocky Allen Jent and Companion Destinie Miller Grandmothers, Sharron Durbin Beverly Forrest Aunts and Uncles, Bruce Jent Rodney Jent and Companion, Nikole Turner James Forrest Vanessa Wester Nieces and Nephews, Loralie Jent Kolby Jent Domenic Jent Weston Jent A host of Great Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins also survive.
