Mr. Billy Moore “Moe” Celsor, age 69 of Hartsville, TN passed away Monday morning, November 1, 2021 at Trousdale Medical Center. Preceded in death by Parents, Billy Frank & Irene Celsor. Survived by: Wife, Kay Celsor; Son, Cliff Celsor-Mt.Juliet, TN; 2 Step Daughters, April Stone-Hendersonville, TN & Christy Stone-Hartsville, TN; 3 Grandchildren, Chloe, Kailen & Stone Donoho and Sister, Frankie Celsor Oldham-Hartsville, TN. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Wednesday, November 3, 2021 conducted by Bro. Jack McCall.
