Ms. Penny Lenora Rogers Wade, age 56, of Lafayette, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021. A Celebration of Life for Penny Wade is scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 6 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Jerome Vincent, Jr., family, and friends speaking. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, from 10 AM until service time at 6 PM. Family respectfully request donations be made towards the funeral expense. Penny Wade was preceded in death by her Husband, Stevie Howard Wade; Father, Sam Jones Rogers, Jr.; Brother, Greg Rogers; Great-Nephew, Damian Cook; and Sisters-in-law, Sandi Rogers, Debi Rogers, and Diana Rogers. She is survived by; Son, Harold Dewayne Rogers Daughter, Samary Lanay Wade Step-Daughter, Danielle Wade Mother, Mary Lou Law Rogers Grandchildren, Viola Rose Wallace Hunter Hauskins Haven Hauskins Siblings, Vick Rogers Robert Rogers Brenda Rogers Barrineau Kathy Rogers Hardin Mark Rogers Kemberly Rogers A Host of Nieces and Nephews also survive.
