Tiffany Dawn Sullivan, age 38 of Hartsville, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021. Interment will be Wednesday, December 8th at 2:00 p.m. at Siloam Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Gathering of Friends will be Wednesday, December 8th from 11:00 a.m. until time to leave for the cemetery, at Family Heritage Funeral Home. Mrs. Sullivan was born December 5, 1982 in Gallatin. She is preceded in death by daughter, Brianna Jasmine Sullivan. She is survived by husband of 17 years, Eric Wade Sullivan of Hartsville; sons, Nathan Sullivan of Hartsville and Phoenix Sullivan of Hartsville; parents, Larry Thompson and Virginia Pauline Todd Thompson both of Castalian Springs; grandmother, Judy Hesson of Gallatin; sister, Tabitha Brown of Castalian Springs; niece, Hailey Brown of Castalian Springs; and nephew, Leland Brown of Castalian Springs.
