Willie was full of enthusiasm. Here he is at the 2018 District 12S Lions Club Convention at Cumberland University. He came in to Lions late in life, but he wanted others to know the joy of service.

He was a new member of the church at Leeville when I started there. He had a desire to grow and learn how to share the Good News

He and Patricia were friends, and I have missed them since our visits have been restricted by Covid protocols. But I am glad they had family members who would help after his health went down.

I miss you already Uncle Willie. I miss your smile, your joking ways, I miss the funny things you used to say and do. You were always able to light up any room you went into Thank you for the wonderful memories you have given me. My heart is just broken. Rest easy sweet Uncle. Until we meet again.
