I am so sorry for your lose. I have known Maria and Larry since I was 5 years old we grew up in the same neighborhood they lived on Hyde Park and I lived on Hillcrest. Maria ever since she was very young was always a very kind and sweet natured person, her and Larry both treated me very well growing up. She will certainly be missed.

My sweet childhood friend, you had a light among you that shined everywhere you went. Your smile made everyone smile. I'll always remember our childhood days when we would play outside and make necklaces out of wild clovers & playing in your clubhouse yelling, No Boys Allowed! Cherished memories, cherished friend until we meet again. I'll keep your children and grandchildren in my prayers. I know you will be looking down on them and protecting them always. Wow, I still can't believe you're not with us. My childhood friend, my forever friend, thanks for all the laughter and love.

Maria I'm gonna miss you. You were the sweetest person and we could talk for hours about anything. Our Walmart conversations were so long that everyone that was with me had already paid for their things and we're waiting for me, but we would still be talking and cutting up like we always have whether we were at work or somewhere else. Rest in Heavenly Peace my friend. Praying for your family.

Marie - So sorry that she died this young. She always made us feel like good friends & was so helpful at the businesses

where she worked so many years. She always made you smile, no matter the circumstances. We will miss her greatly! God bless her family

Sweet Maria will be in our hearts and truly missed by our family. It seems as if I’ve known her for a lifetime from Sherwin Williams to Lowes. Great person, super smart and patient with people and their needs. God has a Super Star!

Maria was such a friendly person. Geretta and I have known (and loved) Maria since our days at Kroger -- the best times of our lives. We loved seeing her (here at the funeral home, when she visited others, and at Lowes, as we shopped). She will be missed.
