“The lives of some are without peace or gladness, because they never get out of the range of self” This was not Joshua, Joshua was someone who would always greet you with a smile, a laugh, and a hand slap. Joshua always seemed to express gladness, peace, and joy despite his challenges. He loved his family, the holidays, and anytime family got together for something. Joshua was a blessing and joy to the family and will be greatly missed, but we thank God for the opportunity for knowing and sharing with Joshua. We look forward to the day when we can experience Joshua’s smile, laughter, and hand slaps again and we will never have to be separated from Joshua again.
Joshua was my youngest brother, he had the best disposition and always lifted your spirit if you were feeling a little down. His joy permitted the room. And his robust laughter was so infectious. He will truly be missed. We look forward to the day when Jesus returns to take us home and we will see Joshua again, no wheelchair, but a perfect body.

He was such a pure, happy, and gentle loving soul with everyone. a real joy to be around and I will always cherish memories of our visits. He loved his family and he was a real blessing to all of us . I love and miss my little brother , but I'm comforted that he is now asleep in the arms of the Lord..God bless you Josh.

Josh, was a very loving, sweet young man! He never missed a day at school to speak to me when he saw me, and I will never forget when we took a picture together for the newspaper as part of and article on SROs ( he reminded me of it everyday he saw me for the next two years). He will definitely be missed and will always be loved and cherished!!!
