Obituary of James Andrew Neal

James Andrew Neal, age 66 of Portland, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022.  Funeral Service will be Monday, February 21^st at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 20^th from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Monday, February 21^st from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow the service, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Mr. Neal was born September 3, 1955 in Nashville.  He is preceded in death by father, Elmer Cordell Neal; grandchild, Jaycee Harper-Seibert,and sister, Della Huddleston.  He is survived by mother, Betty Jean Jackson Neal of Bethpage; son, James Neal (Aleasha) of Portland and Matthew Scruggs of Portland; daughters, Kimberly Marshall (Barry Wilson) of Bethpage, Christina Campbell (Christian) of Portland , and Cynthia Harper-Seibert (Earl) of Portland; sister, Betty Ann Odom of Texas; brother-in-law, Greg Huddleston of Texas; 11 grandchildren, Takoda Neal (Brittney), Tyler Neal, Malaki Marshall, Keighan Marshall, Wynter Wilson, Candice Sloan (Matthew), Cody Huff, Ciara Cambell, Jayda Harper-Seibert, Joslynn Harper-Seibert, and Jaiden Harper-Seibert; 5 great grandchildren, Layla Neal, Daylin Sloan, Zayli Sloan, Adayli Sloan, and Bayli Sloan.  Mr. Neal attended Fountain Head Baptist Church in Portland.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
