Mrs. Candy Ann Marie Polston, age 42 of Hartsville, TN passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022.
Preceded in death by Father, Eddie McNeese and Niece, Tory UpChurch.
Survived by: Husband of 26 Years, Anthony Polston; Son, Tyler Polston; 2 Daughters, Shai (Zach) Scruggs and Tara (Andy) Polston Shoemake; Grandchild, River Shoemake; Mother, Penny Hickman; 2 Brothers, Daryl (Mandy) UpChurch and Eddie (Sarah) McNeese, 2 Nephews and 1 Niece.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Friday, March 11, 2022. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Thursday and 10 AM until service time Friday.
