Several years ago, our 10 year old son Brandon passed on from cancer. We spent alot of our time at Vandy hospital. We would go to Brandon's hospital room where he often flagged down strangers to visit with him when were not around, his door was always open. That's where we met Bobby, right there sitting in Brandon's room chatting away about stuff. Brandon introduced our family to Bobby, as it was his family was having a grandchild receive heart surgery. Later on during another inpatient time for us-- Brandon was not doing well from another surgery, Bobby knew from his visits with our boy that he loved Brooks & Dunn, music . Mysteriously, we recieve a fathead lifesize image from them & their latest & greatest hits, some toys as well. Bobby did that for Brandon, & it helped bring his spirit back to us almost immediately. I had a chance to fish with Bobby over the years, in all of my travels I've never forgotten he & his wife's phone number. recently I did get to speak to Bobby about how we feel about him, & I thanked him for his Kindness. My boy Brandon is waiting for Bobby, this time not in a hospital room or bedside- but in our Heavenly Fathers home. Brandon will show Bobby around the big lake, not in a boat but with wings.
