Obituary of James David Fox

Mr. James David Fox, age 54 of Cottontown, TN died Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville, TN. Mr. Fox was born November 24, 1966 in Scottsville, KY the son of the late David Stewart Fox and Janice Fai Cline. Mr. Fox is survived by his wife, Kelly Redferrin Fox of Cottontown, TN. A son, Tyler Faith (Chandler) of Portland, TN. Two daughters, Heather Whitley of Bethpage, TN and Alicia Faith of Cottontown, TN. A brother, Rex Lance (Lori) of Westmoreland, TN. Three sisters; Jessica Edwards (Paul) of Millersville, TN, Penny Gregory (Thomas) of Bethpage, TN and Wanda Lance of Westmoreland, TN along with a grandson, Dawson Vance. Along with his parents, Mr. Fox was preceded in death by step mother, Susie Fox. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. Burial will follow at Old Brush Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday and from 9:00 AM until service time Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jason Major, Curt Cline, Jason Cline, Brady Williams, Chuck Williams and Jody Evans.
