Obituary of Patricia Diane Ceska

Ms. Patricia Diane Ceska age 72 of Gallatin, TN passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at her home in Gallatin, TN. Ms. Ceska was born October 11, 1948 in Portland, TN the daughter of the late John Ceska. Ms. Ceska is survived by her mother Alta Ceska of Portland, TN. Two daughters Cindy Bolton Cantrell of Gallatin, TN and Monecca Booth (Adam) of Castalian Springs, TN. A sister Linda Kowalski (Teddy) of Portland, TN. Four grandchildren; Braxton Booth of Lafayette, TN, Emily Cantrell of Gallatin, TN, Victoria Lawson (Nicholas) of Manchester, TN and Addalyn Mae Booth of Castalian Springs, TN. Four great grandchildren; Faith Lawson, Nova Stevens, Grant Lawson and Bradlee Booth. Her niece Amanda Tucker (Jay) of Bethpage, TN. Two great nephews Tobin and Tyson Tucker both of Bethpage, TN. Her best friend Patty Ferrell along with her beloved dog Shasha Ceska and several cousins. Along with her father, Patricia was preceded in death by her sister Mary Ann Ceska and two granddaughters Olivia and Aliyah Booth. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. Burial will follow at Old Brush Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time Thursday at Gilbert Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Adam Booth, Emily Cantrell, Nicholas Lawson, Gary Slagle, Steve Slagle and Tim D. Bradley. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. The family would like to thank High Point Hospice of Gallatin, TN and Ms. Ceska’s special caretakers Amanda Hunter and Mechelle Campbell.
