Obituary of Mrs. Wilma Faye Lanpher

Mrs. Wilma Faye Lanpher, age 72 of Spencer, IN. formerly of Portland, TN. entered into rest Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the IU Hospice House in Bloomington, IN. Mrs. Lanpher was born February 23, 1945 in Portland, TN. the daughter of the late Clyde D. and Ruby Allene Dorris. Mrs. Lanpher is survived by her children; Barbie Anderson of Indianapolis, IN., Jimmy Lanpher(Heather) of New Palestine, IN., Ray Lanpher(Shelley) of Columbia, SC., Eric Lanpher of Murfreesboro, TN., Ronnie Trackwell(Maria) of Indianapolis, IN. and Clayton Hysell of Murfreesboro, TN. A brother, Jack Dorris(Helen) of Martinsville, IN. A sister, Sandy Dorris Pruitt of Indianapolis, IN. Seven grandchildren; Dustin Anderson, Cody Anderson, Chase Lanpher, Haleigh Lanpher, Brittany West, Dillon Lanpher and Jared Lanpher. Nine great grandchildren; Tylee Lanpher, Isabella Anderson, Riley Anderson, Landon Anderson, Kodi Anderson, Brooklyn Coone, Andrew Schoonover, Cody Schoonover and Gabriella Phillips. Mrs. Lanpher was a member of The Vineyard Church in Greenwood, IN. She was preceded in death by; a sister, Diane Voils, a grandson, Andy Schoonover and two great grandchildren, Sadie Anderson and McKinley Lanpher. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Gilbert Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Dustin Anderson, Cody Anderson, Chase Lanpher, Clayton Hysell, Ron Trackwell Jr., Ryan Trackwell, Dillon Lanpher, and Jared Lanpher. Honorary pallbearers will be Haleigh Lanpher and Brittany West.
