Obituary of Mr. Jack M. Culbreath

Mr. Jack M. Culbreath, age 78 of Portland, TN., passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 at his home in Portland, TN. Mr. Culbreath was born in Fountain Head, TN., the son of the late Raymond and Lela Culbreath. Mr. Culbreath is survived by his wife, Doris Link Culbreath of Portland, TN. 2 sons; David Lynn (Vicki) Culbreath of Goodlettsville, TN. and Mark Alan (Teresa) Culbreath of Portland, TN. 2 sisters; Sarah (Harold) Tate of Cottontown, TN., and Sharon (Larry) Summers of Portland, TN. 1 brother, Fred (Anna) Culbreath of Hendersonville, TN. 5 grandchildren; Dave, Daniel, Tyler and Brent Culbreath and Christi Harbin. 2 great grandchildren; Jaxen David Culbreath and Ryder Michael Culbreath. 2 step great grandchildren; Bella Jewell Gant and Bainbridge Dash Gant. Mr. Culbreath was preceded in death by a son, Michael Culbreath. 2 brothers and 1 sister. Mr. Culbreath, along with his brother Fred, were the original founders of Imperial Fabrication in Portland, TN. He was also a member of Clearview Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday at Portland Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Halltown Cemetery in Portland, TN. Visitation will be after 2:00 PM Sunday and from 9:00 AM until service time Monday at Portland Funeral Chapel.
