Mr. William Fred Pedigo, age 92 of Portland, TN. passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013 at The Bridge at Highland Nursing Facility in Portland, TN. Mr Pedigo was a born in Lafayette, TN., the son of the late Bedford and Minnie Pedigo. Mr. Pedigo is survived by 1 daughter, Carol Ann Pedigo of Portland, TN. 1 sister, Parnell Suttle of Portland, TN. 2 nieces, Charlotte Caudill of Portland, TN and Pamela Whittaker of Gallatin, TN. Mr. Pedigo was a US Army veteran of WWII, and worked in construction building houses in Portland, TN and surrounding areas. Private graveside services were held 2:00 PM Sunday at Maple Hill Cemetery in Portland, TN. Bro. Bill DeVasher officiated the service. Full military honors were provided by the Gallatin VFW post.
