Obituary of Gail Ann Schmidt

Gail Ann Schmidt, age 57, of Portland, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin. She was born in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of the late Gerald and Louise McWilliams. She is survived by her husband, John Schmidt of Portland; sons, Bumper Schmidt of Genneco, Ill., Allen Schmidt of Portland; daughter, Andrea Joseph Siebert of New Albany, Ind.; sisters, Rose Baker of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Connie Likins of Toronto, Iowa, Karen Bennett of Davenport, Iowa; brothers, Allen McWilliams of Davenport, Iowa, Terry McWilliams of Portland; 3 grandchildren, John Allen Schmidt, Jeffery and Brianna Siebert. Visitation is after 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 25, 2013, and after 9:00 a.m., Tuesday. Funeral service is 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Portland Funeral Chapel with Mike Smith officiating. Burial follows at Old Brush Cemetery.
