Obituary of Roy F. Chase

Roy F. Chase, age 78, of Portland, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013, at The Bridges at Highland Nursing Home in Portland. He was born in Portland, the son of the late Roy and Katherin Witham. He is survived by his son, Shawn Witham; daughters, Lori Witham and Ramona Streeval; sisters; Mary Thompson of Portland, Joyce Hudgins of Nunnelly, Tenn., Martha Davis of Jolo, W.Va.; grandchildren, Brittany Witham, Brandi and Randall Streeval; great grandchild, Zoey Streeval. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Harold and Charles Witham; and sister, Ruth McClure. Visitation is after 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2012. Funeral service is 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013, Portland Funeral Chapel with Michael Bushey officiating. Burial follows at Maple Hill Cemetery.
