Mrs. Azzie D. Ray, age 84 of Hartsville, TN passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 4, 2022 at Westmoreland Care and Rehabilitation.

Preceded in death by:  Parents, Chess & Gladys Parker; Husband, Haskell Ray; Grandson, Jerry Shrum and Brother, James Parker.

Survived by:  4 Daughters, Brenda (Robert) McClanahan-Hartsville, TN; Karen (Edward) LeMayes-Hartsville, TN; Linda (Thomas) Eden-Hartsville, TN and Ada (Tim) Tucker-Templow Community, TN; Son, Haskell (Lorraine Faulk) Ray-Cross Plains, TN; 12 Grandchildren; Several Great & Great Great Grandchildren and Brother, Albert Dean (Ann) Parker-Hartsville, TN.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 3 PM Saturday, May 7, 2022 conducted by Bro. Jerry Watson. Interment will be in the Green Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Friday and 11 AM until service time Saturday.
