Obituary of Judy Ann Barfield

Judy Ann Barfield, age 72 of Portland, formerly of Antioch, passed away Monday June 6, 2022.  Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 9^th at 10:00 a.m. at Rock Bridge Church of Christ, with Bro. Rich Shockley officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday, June 8^th from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin.  Interment will be Thursday, June 9^th at 1:00 p.m. at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, with friends and family serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearer is Ivan Mrzena.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 17 Veteran’s Residence, 1140 South Water Avenue, Gallatin, TN  37066.

Mrs. Barfield was born August 8, 1949 in Nashville to the late Herman C. Warren and Mattie Mai Coleman Warren.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sisters, Paula Mrzena and Linda Faye Dolinger; brothers, Tim Warren, Elvis Warren, Hiram Warren, and Earl Warren.  She is survived by husband, Warren David Barfield of Antioch; sister, Linda Fay Tippitt (James) of Florida; brothers, Jackie Dale Warren (Susan) of London, KY and Junior Warren (Faye) of Portland; nieces and nephews, Ashley Thompson (David), Chrissy Shanks (Brandon), Mark Mrzena (Pam), Melisa Mrzena, Mary Wheeler (Cliff), and Jacob Warren; and great nieces and nephews, Ivan Mrzena, Megan Thompson, Henry Thompson, Jackson Shanks, Emily Shanks, Madison Wheeler, and Makayla Cheeseman.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
