Obituary of Lena Frances Blankenship Carter

Mrs. Lena Frances Blankenship Carter, age 93, of Lafayette, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Frances Carter are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 11AM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Barry Brawner and Elder Ricky Day officiating. Interment will follow in The Scott Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 11 AM until 9 PM, and on Friday from 8 AM until service time at 11 AM.

Mrs. Lena Frances Carter was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rusaw Carter; Parents, Carlos Blankenship and Opal Dotson Blankenship; and Brothers, Orville Blankenship and Chester Blankenship.

She is survived by;
