Obituary of Margaret Barber Perdue
Ms. Margaret Barber Perdue, age 90 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at her residence. Margaret was born on June 1, 1932 to the late Floyd and Velma Williamson Barber.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Greta (Jimmy) Marshall and Lisa (Brad) Hicks; grandchildren, Lana (Chad) Holmes, Daniel (Jennifer) Key, Ethan Perry, Sharlen Peak, Taylor Peak, Jaci Peak, Brayden Hicks, and Crimson Hicks; sister, Betty Taylor; great-grandchildren, Savanna Chandler, James Daughtry Jr, Madison Key, Havana Key, and Jackson Key.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Davenport and daughter, Janice Key; sisters, Mildred Hunter and Jo Ann Barber; brother, Jim Barber.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 27th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Brother Elvis Farley and Brother Ralph Perdue officiating. Interment will follow the service at Old Brush Cemetery with Daniel Key, Ethan Perry, Brayden Hicks, Jack Hunter, Mackie Hunter, and Kris Chandler serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 27th from 10:00 AM until time of service.
