Obituary of B. J. Scruggs

B. J. Scruggs, age 39 of Lafayette, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022.   Funeral Service for B. J. Scruggs are scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at 3 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with J.T. Kemper Speaking.  Interment will follow in The Drury Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, September 18th from 11AM  until service time at 3 PM.

Family requests donations be made to a Trust Fund for the children at Citizen’s Bank in Lafayette.

B. J. was preceded in death by father, Billy Keith Scruggs; maternal grandmother, Betty Lee Howell; and paternal grandparents, Benny and Doris Doss.
