Obituary of Jeffrey Dwayne Suddarth

Mr. Jeffrey Dwayne Suddarth, age 57 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at his residence. Jeff was born on October 29, 1965 in Gallatin, Tennessee to Clifton and Joyce Woods Suddarth.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Carla Suddarth; parents, Clifton and Joyce Suddarth; son, Cody Suddarth; bonus daughter, Alicia Kepley; bonus grandson, Hollis Kepley; sister, Pam Withers; brothers, Tony Suddarth and Tim (Kim) Suddarth; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 15th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Pastor Clay Baggett officiating. Interment will follow the service at Old Brush Cemetery with Tony Suddarth, Tim Suddarth, Jordan Suddarth, Darren Jernigan, Jason Riley, James Thomerson serving as pallbearers; Hollis Kepley, honorary pallbearer. Visitation with the family will be Monday, November 14th from 3:00-8:00 PM and Tuesday, November 15th from 10:00 AM until time of service.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hopsital (stjude.org), American Heart Association (heart.org), or Bright Heart Foundation (brightheartfoundation.org).
