Obituary of Hazel Athelene West

Ms. Hazel Athelene Cook West, age 89, of Lafayette, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Knollwood Manor. Graveside services and interment for Hazel West are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 11 AM from The Underwood Cemetery with Elder Jimmy Claiborne officiating.   

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Thursday February 2, 2023, from 6 PM until 9 PM.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Witt Cook and Virgie Caruthers Cook; and Grandson, Jon Bellar.

Hazel West is survived by;
