Obituary of Mildred Faye West

Ms. Mildred Faye Turner West, age 94, of Lafayette, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023, at NHC Place Sumner in Gallatin, Tennessee. Funeral services for Mildred Faye West are scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at 1:30 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Nick Tidwell and Elder Dwight Dyer officiating. Interment will follow in the Testament Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.   

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Saturday February 11, 2023, from 4 PM until 7 PM and on Sunday, from 12:30 PM until service time at 1:30 PM.

Family requests donations be made towards the Testament Cemetery or Arthritis Foundation.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Moses Clay West; and Parents, Hayden Turner and Lora Ferguson Turner.
