Obituary of Barbara Sue Tomlinson

Mrs. Barbara Sue Tomlinson age 79, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023. Barbara was born in Nashville, Tennessee on March 16, 1943 to the late James Elbert Mahaffey and Margie Rollette.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Lee Tomlinson, Sr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Van Tomlinson; son, Dale Tomlinson; grandsons, Kevin Lee Tomlinson, Jr. and John Tristan Barnhill; great-grandson, Weslee Ray Tomlinson.

Funeral Services will be Monday, February 13^th at 12:00 PM at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Hendersonville with Pastor Jeff DeWees and Malcolm Patton officiating. Interment will follow the service at Beech Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, February 12^th from 4:00-7:00 PM at Sellars Funeral Home at Hendersonville and Monday, February 13^th from 11:00 AM until time of service at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Hendersonville.
