Obituary of Janet Marrell Cowan

Mrs. Janet Marrell Holland Cowan, age 62, of Lafayette, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at her residence. Funeral services for Janet Cowan are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 2 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Ricky Holland officiating. Interment will follow in The Haysville Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, March 5, 2023, from 6 PM until 9 PM, and on Monday from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM.

Family respectfully requests donations be made towards the funeral expenses.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Joseph Raymond Holland and Audrey Mae Stubblefield Holland; Sister, Judy Lowhorn; Brothers-in-law, James Sewell; and Charles “Chuckie” Cowan.
