Obituary of Brian Phillip Wiesman

Brian Phillip Wiesman, born June 14, 1982 in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on March 3, 2023 in Nashville, TN, at age 40.  Brian passed away following complications from a blood clot.  He fought fiercely until the very end with the courage and determination that he demonstrated in his daily life.  Brian lived his life with great passion and zeal and will be deeply missed by his friends and family.  Brian was particularly passionate about his Cincinnati Bengals and The Ohio State Buckeyes, as well as his 3 dogs, Sierra, Lady, and Emily.

Brian is survived by his partner, Kate Arnold and many friends and family, including his parents, John (Annette) Wiesman and Lauri (Matt) Haskins; Grandfather, Paul Huesman, Sr.; Siblings, Chris (Stephanie) Wiesman, John Wiesman, Lea Matheson, Angela Lewis, Daniel Haskins, and Chris Haskins; Aunts and Uncles, Joe (Suzanne) Wiesman, David (Shirley) Wiesman, Paul (Sharon) Wiesman, Anne Peak, Bitsy (Bob) Teahan, Joan Wiesman, Lisa (Floyd Foster) Huesman, Paul Huesman, Jr., Leslie Huesman, and Leanna (Randy) Link, as well as numerous cousins and nieces and nephews. 

Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lois “McGee” Huesman, Clyde Wiesman, and Margaret Briggs.

While our hearts are broken at the passing of such a fierce and beautiful soul, we invite you to mourn our loss and celebrate his life with his friends and family.  

Brian’s celebration of life in Nashville, TN will be held Thursday, March 23^rd from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at The Rudder at Anchor High Marina (126 River Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075). 

Brian’s celebration of life in Cincinnati, OH will be held Sunday, March 26^th from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at deSha’s (11320 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
