Obituary of David "Bama" Christopher Cargile
Mr. David “Bama” Christopher Cargile, age 43 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. David was born on January 30, 1980 in Frankfurt, Germany to Charles Randy Cargile and Mary Layton.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Randy Cargile.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Layton; brother, Cody White (Tiffany Walker); sisters, Jennifer Cargile, Terrisa Cargile, Brook White (Bill Hing); special friend, Brandy Huntsman.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, August 17th at 6:00 PM from the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Michael Carter officiating. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, August 17th from 4:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the funeral expenses.
