Mark Fortner Jr., age 38 of Lebanon, passed away on September 18, 2023. Jeffrey Mark Fortner Jr. was born in Donelson TN to Nancy Jean Campbell and Jeffrey Mark Fortner Sr. He worked in construction as a framer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, and loved working on cars. Jeffrey is survived by his mother Nancy Campbell Fortner, children Sarabeth Fortner, Grace Fortner, Jacob Fortner, and Hunter Fortner, grandmother Janie Campbell, fiancé Amanda Smith, and mother of children Candace White Fortner. He is preceded in death by father Jeffrey Fortner Sr., grandparents Carol and Jerry Fortner, grandfather Roy Campbell, cousin Sarah Williams, and uncle Lee Campbell.
