Obituary of Brenda Denise Woodard

Brenda Denise Woodard, age 61 of Castalian Springs, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023.  Graveside Service will be Saturday, September 30^th at 1:00 p.m. at Sumner Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Woodard was born October 24, 1961 in Springfield to the late Frank Head McWhirter and Pauline Scantland McWhirter.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Stephan Alan Woodard; and sister, Pricillia Ann Flanagan.  She is survived by step-daughter, Miranda Woodard of Washington; brother, Frank Alan McWhirter (Brenda) of Old Hickory; cousins, Charlotte Thompson and Caroline Troutt; loving sister-in-law, Deborah Woodard; niece, Hillary Denton; and great niece, Layla Denton.  Mrs. Woodard worked for the Sumner County School System as a cafeteria employee.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
