Obituary of Dollie Moss Glover

Mrs. Dollie Moss Glover, age 88 of Hartsville, TN passed away Thursday evening, September 21, 2023 at Quality Care Nursing Home, Lebanon, TN.

Mrs. Glover was born August 17, 1935 in Macon Co., TN to the late Tom Edward Gammons & Effie Wix Gammons.  She was also preceded in death by:  Husband, Walter J. “Jimmy” Glover;  Children, Rachel Moss, John Moss Jr. & Tracye Moss Araiza;  Grandson, Chris Ray;  Brothers, Raymond Gammons, Jessie Gammons, Charles Gammons & Archie Gammons;  Sisters, Roberta McClanahan, Bessie Eden Presley & Minnie Parker Dyer and Ex-Husband, John Moss Sr..

Survived by:  2 Sons, Brownie Moss-Hartsville, TN & Donald (Stacy) Moss-Hartsville, TN;  4 Daughters, Debbie (Ray) Satterfield-Hartsville, TN, Connie (Kenneth Beal) Barnes-Lebanon, TN, Betty (Mark) McCarter-Lafayette, TN and Margie (Tommy) Foster-Hartsville, TN;  13 Grandchildren;  17 Great Grandchildren & one on the way;  2 Great Great Grandchildren  &  2 on the way and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Sunday, September 24, 2023 conducted by Bro. Jack Honeycutt.  Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens.  Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Saturday and 10 AM until service time Sunday.
