Obituary of Glenda June Wakefield

Mrs. Glenda June Bartley Wakefield, age 63, of Lafayette, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at her residence. Funeral services for Glenda Wakefield are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 2 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Tim Lowhorn and Elder Michael Horton officiating. Interment will follow in The Wakefield Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 2 PM until 9 PM and on Friday from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM.

Glenda Wakefield was preceded in death by her Grandchild, Morgan Brooke Wakefield; Mother, Jo Anna Smallwood Bartley; Sister-in-law, Deborah Bartley; and Brother-in-law, Jerry Wakefield.
