Obituary of Patricia "Patsy" Aunto Hobdy Hall

Mrs. Patricia “Patsy” Aunto Hobdy Hall, age 85 of Portland, Tennessee passed peacefully to her Heavenly home surrounded by family on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 after a long battle with alzheimers. Patsy was born on July 19, 1938 in Portland, Tennessee to the late David and Lillie Eden Hobdy.

Patsy was a wonderful wife, mother, and nanny. She loved her family and church family dearly. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry Hobdy and Robert Hobdy.

She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Billy Hall; children, Mark Hall and Julie Beth Richards; grandchildren, Jacob (Lindsey) Hall, Zachary (Annie) Richards, and Trae Hall; great-grandchildren, Kaelyn Hall, Liam Hall, Owen Hall, and Chase Richards; sisters, Cindy Summers and Andrea (Bobby) Williams.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 27th at 2:00 PM at Portland Nazarene Church with Pastor Matt Taylor officiating. Interment will follow the service at Maple Hill Cemetery with Jacob Hall, Zac Richards, Trae Hall, Lyndell Hobdy, Jay Austin, Clay Williams, and Daniel Williams serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Friday, October 27th from 10:00-2:00 PM at Portland Nazarene Church.
