Oh Angie, I am so very sad at the news. I have so many memories of times we all laughed and had great times so many years ago. The last time you messaged me about a year or so ago I wish you had called me or I could have contacted you. I didn't get your number but I know I gave you mine. You could always make me and everyone around us laugh. I don't know how or why we lost touch but I pray you are at peace and you will be missed by so many. Love you Angie.

ANGIE WAS MY 2ND COUSIN...WE GREW UP TOGETHER...OUR FAMILIES TOOK VACATIONS TOGETHER, CELEBRATED HOLIDAYS AND BIRTHDAYS TOGETHER, WENT SWIMMING, WATCHED MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL,WATCHED WWE PPV'S...WE DID EVERYTHING TOGETHER!! I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER LOUD, CRAZY, AND HILARIOUS SENSE OF HUMOR!! I'M 3 YEARS OLDER THAN HER AND USED TO BUY LIQUOR FOR HER AND HER FRIEND BEFORE THEY WERE 21! I LOST CONTACT WITH ANGIE ABOUT 12 YEARS AGO...AND I HATE THAT I DID!! SHE MOVED AWAY AND STOPPED CALLING ME...NOT EVEN A CHRISTMAS CARD OR A BIRTHDAY CARD...I SHOULD'VE TRIED TO CONTACT HER BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE SHE LIVED OR WHAT HER PHONE NUMBER WAS! IN THE LAST 2 YEARS I'VE HAD 5 "FAMILY" MEMBERS DIE...AND IT NEVER GETS EASIER!! ANGIE...I WILL MISS YOU...I WILL LOVE YOU...AND REMEMBER YOU ALWAYS!!!!

Angie was truly one of a kind! She had such a loving, big heart. And if you were lucky to be one of her friends, you knew you had a friend for life. Her sense of humor was one that could make you laugh even on the worst of days. She truly had the gift to connect with people. I am blessed that working at TOA brought you into my life as not only a co-worker, but also a friend. Until we see each other again. Fly High Friend!

Angie Wood, this is not goodbye, but see you later. My heart along with many others are so broken as heaven gained another precious angel. I miss our daily talks/texts and you always being there. I am thankful for Friday night. Had I known it was going to be the last time I would see you or talk to you, I would have stayed longer, talked longer and hugged you longer. You always referred to me as granny and I will see you again one day. Til then fly high my friend.

Wishing comfort to all who knew her during this difficult time. Angie loved her friends and family and was genuinely kind to all those she met. I am grateful for the love and support she showed my dearest friend and will never forget her driving through the night to Florida, while we were visiting, to pick her up and make sure she was cared for. Rest Easy, Angie. May your family and close friends find comfort.

Seems like only yesterday we were 10 years old & became fast best friends. You became a sister, a co-worker more than once & a life long friend that I will forever treasure in my heart. There will never be another Angie. You touched so many lives with your big heart & sense of humor that nobody else could match. I love you & look forward to when we can meet again.

Add. Today, I’d like to pay tribute to a former colleague, Angie Wood, who was a part of my team during my tenure at TOA. I recently learned of Angie’s sudden passing, a loss that has deeply affected me. Angie was a cornerstone of the TOA team for over 20 years, demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill in her role. Her commitment to providing financial counseling for patients undergoing surgical procedures was more than just a job; it was a passion that touched many lives.
Even after I moved to SDB, Angie and I maintained our connection, a testament to her engaging personality. Her impact was significant and far-reaching, both professionally and personally. Angie’s absence leaves a void not only in the hearts of her colleagues and friends but also in the broader community she so diligently served. She will be profoundly missed, and her positive influence on the world will not be forgotten.

It was a privilege to have worked alongside Angie for nearly five years at TOA. In the brief period we shared, Angie’s remarkable character shone brightly. Her innate ability to connect with people and her unwavering dedication to her patients were truly inspiring. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family and close friends during this difficult time. Angie’s absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.
