Obituary of Dorothy Reynolds

Dorothy Reynolds passed away on February 12, 2024 at age 80. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Darrin Reynolds, is 11 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Wilson County Memorial will follow the service. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m.

               Dorothy Jean Bryan Reynolds was born in Lebanon TN to Martha Belcher and Watson Bryan. She met and married the love of her life, Jerry Reynolds. She loved the outdoors, especially gardening and fishing. She enjoyed country music, decorating for the holidays, and being with her family.  She sat on many bleachers watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play sports. Mrs. Reynolds worked as a supervisor for Wilson County 911. She and Jerry have been members of Immanuel Baptist Church for more than 50 years.

               Dorothy Reynolds is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jerry Reynolds; children: Phyllis (Raymond) Denney and Gary Reynolds; grandchildren: Heather (Craig) Brown, Blair (Mike) Greer, and Hunter (Brittnee) Reynolds; great-grandchildren: Cayden, Peyton, and Tanner Brown, Paxton and Pollyanna Greer, and Hendrix Reynolds; and sisters: Patti Oakley and Ruby Oliver. She is preceded in death by parents Martha and Watson Bryan, step-father Lee Bonner, and step-mother Virginia Bryan.
