Obituary of Scott Cook

Scott Cook, age 52 of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.  Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 2nd at 1:00 p.m. at Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin.  Visitation will be Friday, March 1st from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 2nd from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin to assist the family with expenses.

Mr. Cook was born December 7, 1971 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He is survived by wife of 32 years, Christy “Michelle” Thompson Cook; parents, Harry Cook and Patricia Rethmeyer Cook of Westmoreland; daughter, Kelsey Nichole Bogue (Blake) of Gordonsville; sons, Kody Scott Cook of Gallatin and Kolton James Cook of Portland; siblings, Geni Lynn Weatherford (Dustin) of Westmoreland, Michael Thompson (Gloria) of White House, Harry Cook II (Deanna) of Gallatin, and Terry Wayne Cook (Carrie) of Gallatin; grandchildren, Ryder Bogue and Rhett Bogue; and several nieces and nephews.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
