Obituary of David Pruett

David Pruett passed away on March 15, 2024 at age 76. David Campbell Pruett was born in Nashville TN to Clara Ames Robertson and Howard Pruett. David enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served for two tours. He worked for Purity Milk and retired as a Branch Manager after 30 years. He loved spending time with his family, fishing with the grandchildren and teaching them the fine art of golf. He also enjoyed fishing with his wife Joyce. He was a great fan of sports, keeping the television constantly on the Sports Network. David was a member of the Donelson Church of Christ.

               David is survived by wife of 16 years, Joyce McCormack Pruett; son: Jason Campbell (Michelle) Pruett; step-daughter: Angie (Jason) Dotson; step-son: Benji (Amber) Gregson; grandchildren: Peyton Pruett, Camron (Shelby) Pruett, Carley Pruett, Emma Grace Dotson, Oakley Gregson, Maddy Grabdrczy, Zan Grabdrczy, and Lucy Gregson; great-granddaughter: Billie Anne Pruett; and brother: Mark (Robbie) Pruett. He is preceded in death by great-granddaughter Lena Grace Pruett, parents Clara and Howard Pruett, sister Pricilla Ames Pruett, and brother Tony Pruett.
