Obituary of Phyllis Jean Mason

Phyllis Jean Mason, age 68 of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away March of 2024. Phyllis, known to her friends as PJ, was born in River Rouge, Michigan on August 16, 1955 to the late Bernard and Ellen Mason. She is survived by her daughters, Laura Fitzgerald, of Dobbs Ferry, NY, and her children Keira and Adrien; and Julie (Heath) Thacker of Richmond, Virginia, and her daughter, Zoe. She is also survived by her beloved King Charles Spaniels, Miley and Maize. Phyllis was co-founder of Aggies Print and Copy, originally known as Artware Graphic Services, in Gallatin, Tennessee. Prior to that she worked for Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan. Phyllis was known for her sense of humor, her pursuit of RV travel, her love of all things History Channel, and her support for human rights and social justice issues. Donations in her honor may be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center or Habitat for Humanity
