Dean Richard Meyer, 74 of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away April 8, 2024, in Mt. Juliet, TN.

He was born on January 17, 1950, in St. Louis, MO to the late Thomas and Dorothy Meyer.

He was preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Dorothy Meyer; sister, Nancy Meyer; close friend, James Hollis.

He is survived by wife, Becky; daughter, Bridget (Justin) German; son, Brian (Jamie) Meyer; grandchildren, Everett German, Logan Meyer, Ainsley German, and Amber Meyer; brothers, Dale (Sandy) Meyer, Ricky (Rita) Meyer, Neal (Rosie) Meyer and Bruce (Amy) Meyer; and close friend, Deborah Hollis.

Dean worked for the US Postal Service for 30 years. He loved playing tennis, going hiking, and the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a member of the Del Webb Tennis Club, and St Mark’s Episcopal Church.

Because of the causal life that Dean had, the family asks that everyone wear jeans to the visitation and memorial service.

Visitation will be Monday, April 22, 2024,  9:00am-11:00am with the Memorial Service at 11:00am.
