Obituary of Scott Totty

Robert Scott Totty, age 52, passed away at his home on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Scott was born April 18, 1972,  in Nashville, TN to the late James Totty, and Anna Totty. He is survived  by his greatest accomplishment, his daughter Ali Totty. He is also survived by his mother; Ann Totty, Sisters; Leigh Ann Prosser (Tim), Laura (Brian) Fullington, and Melissa (Andy) Dyer, numerous nieces and nephews, and the deepest brotherhood of friends one has ever known. 

He was a kind and gentle soul that was loved by everyone that knew him. He always had a funny story and a sense of humor that lit up the room wherever he went. 

He was a fantastic father, loved the outdoors, fantasy football, mountain biking, multi-talented and creative with the love of photography, woodworking and nature. But his greatest talent was bringing people together. 

Visitation with the family will be Friday, May 3, 2024, 4:00pm-7:00pm, at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet.

In lieu of flowers the family at that donations be made to Larkspur Conservation at Taylor Hollow, 155 Bear Carr Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186.

As a magician, taking the elements of our world and all their possibilities, Scott created joy, beauty, life, love. I am honored, humbled, shattered, grateful, graced, he was the sun. to be a piece of him left to reflect the light, an honor immeasurable.
