Obituary of Terri Lynn Somers

Terri Somers, age 49, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014. Terri was known to many in Lebanon, only as the Candy Lady! She was a graduate of Mt. Juliet High School, class of 1983. Many others knew her from years of working at McDonald's on McGavock Pike, Cracker Barrel, or O'Charley's in Lebanon. Terri was born on February 11, 1965 in Nashville TN. She loved animals of all kinds, helping those in need, or her Football Sundays with family and friends as she cheered her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys. Terri could light up a room with her beautiful smile and warm personality. She is preceded in death by her sister Debbie Leigh Somers and niece Jordyn Leigh Hamblen. She is survived by her parents, Jerry and Mary Cook, sister Angel (Marty) Sullivan, brother Donnie Somers, nephews Codye and Caleb Sullivan, and D.J. Somers, nieces Lisa Beard, Melissa Storie, and Jen Somers, great-nieces and nephews, and best friends Al Gatlin and Jeff McPherson.
