Obituary of Lanny Gene Sloan

Lanny Sloan, age 54, passed away on July 4, 2013. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Jimmy Gregory and Brother Bob Curtis, is 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Sellars Funeral Home (313 W. Baddour Pkwy) in Lebanon. Visitation from noon until the service on Saturday. Survivors include wife Becky Sloan; children: David Sloan, Clarissa (Lee) Mophis, Jamie Sloan, Micheal Sloan, A.H. (Leslie) Myrick III, Gloria (Frederick) Hensley, April (Fred) Daniels; mother Wilda Faye Huffines Sloan; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; special friends: Ricky and Randall Trusty, Mary Alice Warren, Carolyn and Odis, Jr., Micheal Warren, and several other close friends; and dog: Lacy Jane Sloan. He is preceded in death by father Floyd Sloan, sister Tammy Sloan Butler, grandparents Linzy and Bealuh Sloan, Edward Huffines and Nannie Belle Simmons Huffines, and special friend Odis Warren.
