Kayla Watkins, age 22, passed away on June 30, 2013. The Memorial Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, is 7 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2013 at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation is Friday from 5 p.m. until the service. Survivors include husband John Watkins; parents: Larry Wayne and Donna Phillips; sister: Brittany Phillips; grandparents: Kaye and William Larry Phillips, Linda Hyland, Edward Ozgowicz, and Ken and Mary Jo Strong; great-grandmother: Christine Lowhorn; uncle: Lane Phillips; cousin: Eric Stroud; niece: Amanda Coles; nephew: Cody Coles; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
